Christmas walk up Pöstlingberg

Hey guys!

I hope you are all feeling full with chocolate and pudding and other good food. If you can’t indulge at Christmas, when can you right?
Oddly enough, Katarina and I found ourselves with no plans for Christmas day. Our family commitments fell on either side of the 25th so we were at a bit of a loose end when it came to how to spend the day. On one hand, it was really nice not to have pressure to go out and be anywhere or do anything, but on the other hand we felt we should do something. That is why we found ourselves tramping up a mountain (okay, not quite – but it felt like it!) to see panoramic views of Linz. On the way up, we also went to the cemetery to visit our deceased relatives which was nice! It was a bit of a grey day unfortunately but it was definitely great to get out and do something – especially to burn off the excessive amounts of food I have consumed over the last week..

I hope you are all enjoying the last few days of 2014 – crazzyyyyyyy!
I have no idea what I’m doing for NYE, it’s always so stressful to find something to do and most of the time it turns out to be pretty average anyway. Hopefully something will come along!

Talk soon,
